Am I safe to order online?

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal cheque.

Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.

What is your Return / Refund Policy?

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) ,you have 14 days from the day you receive your purchase(s) to send the item(s) back for a full refund or exchange.

All we ask is that the item(s) are sent back within the time frame stated and are in a re-saleable condition as when you received them. You will understand that all items should still have intact any tags or hygiene stickers (for health & safety) in order to receive a refund.
Please note that items bought as part of an offer can not be individually returned/refunded.

Please ensure you fill in the relevant returns part that is at the bottom of your invoice, detach and send with your parcel, this is vital as it states your name and customer number, please include your reason for return. Cost of returning any product(s) is met by the customer.

What happens if a price changes?

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

We do not store any financial information or credit card details relating to our customers purchases on file either electronically or in hard copy.

Delivery Times

In stock items aim to be despatched the same day, please allow 7 days for delivery! Royal Mail are usually very fast with items being delivered within 1 or 2 days of being sent out, however this is not always the case which is why we ask for you to allow 7 days before making contact.


Items that are out of stock will be delivered within 7 business days (UK)


International Delivery: Please allow up to 7 days for items held in stock, up to 14 days for items out of stock.


Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are not classed as business days.

When Goods are Dispatched

Items In Stock are Dispatched within 1-2 Business Days.

Items Out of Stock are Dispatched within 7 Business days.

Delivery Claims

All claims for shortages and/or Non Delivery must be notified by telephone within 48hrs and then in writing within 7 days, otherwise claims cannot be entered into.

We will do our up-most to resolve any such situation speedily, efficiently and amicably.

Yes of course!

We want to compete to give our customers the best price possible, so if you can find it cheaper we will aim to do better and if we can't do better we'll match it! Promise!

We must be able to view the website and product in question before being able to offer a lower or matched price, we do however reserve the right to decline if we have any doubts about the genuinity of the product in question.
