How to Measure My Bra Size?
In response to our valued customer requests for a simple bra measuring guide!...Well here it is! We hope you find it helpfull on your journey to finding the perfect fitting bra!
1) Firstly you need to determine your back/band size which is done by measuring in Inches (e.g. 32, 34, 36) you may want to get one the girls to help!
First put on your best fitting bra, not padded or a minimiser, make sure you have adjusted your bra so that your boobs are nice and supported and pointing straight ahead! Give your friend a soft tape measure and ask her to measure all the way around your back to under your bust ( stand up straight, arms by your side , make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor all the way around and no deep breaths in!) the tape should be tight enough to achieve a snug fitting bra!
Round your measurement up or down to the nearest whole inch, if the rounded off measurement is even add four inches, if it is odd add five inches. Example: 31” + 5” = Band Size 36”
2) Secondly you need to determine you cup size (e.g. AA, A, B, C, D)...to name a few!
Again standing in the same position as above, take a measurement in the same way but instead around the fullest part of your bust (the nipples!) remembering to keep the tape measure nice and straight and parallel to the floor, it is very important to not measure to tight or to slack for both measurements, as you will either end up with a very tight bra that you can’t breathe in! Or one that will be to big for your boobs to sit snug in!
Round your measurement up or down again to the nearest whole inch.
3) Now subtract you’re your step 2 measurement from step 1 measurement, Example 36” band size-34” cup size = 2” left over, this difference is your cup size, which according to my calculation's = B Cup! So your actual bra size would be a 36B!
