You are required by La La Lingerie to read and understand all Terms & Conditions associated with La La Lingerie prior to placing orders through our website.
When an order is placed/received with La La Lingerie it signifies your
acceptance and satisfaction of those Terms & Conditions set out.
We may make changes to the Terms & Conditions from time to time without giving
notice, you should revue the Terms & Conditions from time to time to ensure you
are happy with any changes made.
Our Guarantee To You
At La La Lingerie we are committed to customer care and satisfaction, we want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience with us. Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase(s) or service from La La Lingerie then please do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or email and we will do our very best to help in any way we can, see below for guidance on refunds and exchanges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) ,you have 14 days from the day you receive your purchases to send the item(s) back for a full refund or exchange.
All we ask is that the item(s) are sent back within the time frame stated and
are in a re-saleable condition as when you received them. You will understand
that all items should still have intact any tags or hygiene stickers (for
health & safety) in order to receive a refund.
Please note that items bought as part of an offer can not be individually
returned/refunded.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We do our best to ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition however should you receive your purchase(s) in a damaged or faulty condition we will swiftly replace your product(s) as soon as we receive the damaged one(s) we may also be able to reimburse you the cost you incur for postage only if you are satisfied that you are keeping the product(s).
Returns
Please ensure you fill in the relevant returns part that is at the bottom of your invoice, detach and send with your parcel, this is vital as it states your name and customer number, please include your reason for return. Cost of returning any product(s) is met by the customer.

Postage Costs
Standard 1st Class Recorded Signed for is charged at £2.99
Free 1st Class Recorded Signed for is given on orders of £50.00 and over.
Free 1st Class Recorded Signed for + Free Stockings is given on orders of
£85.00 and over.
Despatch Times
All in stock items aim to be despatched the same day, please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
For items that are indicating a low stock or out of stock then please allow up to 7 days for delivery before making contact.
Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering regarding low or out of stock items as we will do our best to advise you of specific delivery times. You may also submit and pay for your order over the phone should you wish to, see office opening hours for this service.
Payment
Payments are made online using Secure Trading, a trusted, secure online payment system. You can also make orders/payments by telephone during our office hours. Cheques are welcome but please allow time for funds to clear before your order
